At Padda Couture, each piece is thoughtfully curated and crafted. As such, all sales are considered final.

We only accept returns or exchanges under exceptional circumstances:

• If an incorrect item has been received
• If the item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage

To request a review, clients must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear images and a description of the concern. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe may not be accommodated.

While we aim for the highest level of accuracy:

• Slight variations in color, embroidery, fabric texture, or detailing may occur
• The final product may not be an exact replica of the images displayed
